Mother is a large, rounded sculptural vessel whose generous form evokes both nourishment and protection, almost reminiscent of a mother’s belly. Its shape suggests abundance held in quiet reserve, a container not only of material sustenance, but of labour, and lineage.

This was built with the intention of being a floor pot and looks wonderful with fried foliage placed inside. Please note, whilst these works are sealed for longevity and strength, they are not suitable for holding water or outdoor use.
